| Italy is one of the top tourist destinations in the world. Some experts say that 50% of the world's artistic heritage is in Italy. Rome, Venice, Florence, Verona ... Bella Italia! The Belpaese (Beautiful Country) is one of the single greatest repositories of sensorial pleasures on earth. From art to food, from stunning and varied countryside to flamboyant fashion, Italy has it all. This is the country that brought us Slow Food, devoted to the promotion of fresh products and fine traditional cooking. Italy, and the Italians, are at times cultured and barbaric, modern and surreally old-fashioned, lazy and vibrant, in thrall of the past, and neglectful of it. Italy means something different to every tourist | |

The Italy national rugby union team represent the nation of Italy in the sport of rugby union. The team is also known as the Azzurri (the Blues). Italy have been playing international rugby since the late 1920s, and Italian Rugby really came to prominence in 2000 when it was added to the Five Nations, creating the Six Nations. Initially on the end of some heavy defeats, the side has grown in competitiveness, recording a fourth place finish in 2007. Italy are ranked eleventh in the world by the IRB as of September 2011.
Tuscany is one of the most photogenic areas of Europe, and the center of the Italian peninsula. It represents a special blend of beauty and millennia-old monuments. Florence, the main Tuscan city famous for its cultural treasures, has been called an open-air museum surrounded by a medieval wall, with free entry. Yet it is also a dynamic place, filled with energy and life.
The name "Venice" means magic: gondolas gliding over canals, impressive cathedrals, century-old monuments, innumerable islands connected by breathtaking bridges, a beautiful square that seems to sink into the sea. This dream-like destination, spreading down the Adriatic Coast to Rimini, is the setting for an important part of Premier International Tours' program. The special combination of sandy beaches, popular seaside resorts and lively city centers hearkening back to ancient days lures up to 1000's of soccer and rugby teams each spring.
