Application to Host Forms Print E-mail
All teams in the U.S. from outside of North Texas will need to get travel papers from their respective USYS state association or US Club Soccer. Teams will need tournament host approval forms to get the travel paperwork. Hosting approval forms from US Youth Soccer and US Club Soccer will be available soon.
