RCD Espanyol - Elite Development Tour

  • We have partnered with RCD Espanyol, one of Spain’s most historic and respected professional clubs and widely regarded as having one of the best youth academies in Spain, providing an authentic and highly personalized player-development environment with full immersion in the club’s daily culture.

  • This program provides direct integration into Espanyol’s elite academy structure, known for producing technically refined, tactically intelligent players within a clear long-term development model.

  • All on-field training and classroom tactical sessions are delivered by RCD Espanyol Academy Staff who work daily within the club’s elite development pathway.

  • Teams train at the CD Dani Jarque Training Centre, compete against top-level Spanish opposition, gain insight into Espanyol’s renowned development philosophy, and receive meaningful talent identification and scouting exposure.

Program Inclusions

  • 1 pro match - tickets provided 

  • ​2 matches against pro youth clubs (or other clubs similar to team level)​

  • 5 total training and/or classroom sessions with RCD Espanyol Academy Staff, including talent identification/scouting exposure​

  • PM - Departure Flight.

  • AM/PM - Sightseeing in Barcelona or surrounding area.

  • PM - Transfer and check in to your accommodation.

Day 3: Friday

  • ​AM - Training or classroom session at Pro Grounds with RCD Espanyol Academy Staff.

  • AM - Walking tour of RCD Espanyol training ground.

  • PM - Stadium tour of RCDE Stadium.

  • PM - Training or classroom session at Pro Grounds with RCD Espanyol Academy Staff.

Day 4: Saturday

  • AM/PM - Sightseing in Barcelona or surrounding area.

  • AM/PM - Pro match (RCD Espanyol or another club).

Day 5: Sunday

  • AM/PM - Training or classroom session at Pro Grounds with RCD Espanyol Academy Staff.

  • AM/PM - Match vs. pro youth academy at Pro Grounds (or another club similar to team level).

Day 6: Monday

  • AM - Sightseeing in Barcelona or surrounding area.

  • PM - Training or classroom session at Pro Grounds with RCD Espanyol Academy Staff.

Day 7: Tuesday

  • AM - Sightseeing in Barcelona or surrounding area.

  • PM - Match vs. pro youth academy at Pro Grounds (or another club similar to team level).
