North Stars Soccer Club won Premier International Tours’ 2016 photo contest. The boys of North Stars – coached by Dutch legend Bobby Vosmaer – traveled to Italy last summer. One of the North star coaches, Chuck Kelly, was attending the recent NSCAA Convention in Los Angeles where Premier International Tours announced the 2016 winner.
