DMCV Sharks returned from San Sebastian-Spain!

DMCV Sharks traveled July of this year with a group of U18 girls to San Sebastian to participate at the 2019 Donosti Cup. The team was in a group with 2 local teams from Spanish Basque Country and 1 team from Barcelona. After the 3 groups games DMCV Sharks advanced to the B play-offs and made it to the final where they lost against Set 11 from Barcelona after PK’s.

After the tour we received the following comments from the DMCV Sharks staff Tony Arnesen and Christy Carosella: “Our GU18 of DMCV Sharks spent a week in San Sebastian Spain at Donosti Cup. For many it was their farewell games before college. Spain and the Donosti Cup have been unreal! The hotel is fantastic and the hotel staff are the nicest people. Our Donosti Cup guide Alex is amazing. We are having an absolute blast in San Sebastian. The girls came home with 2nd place trophy !!! An adventure they will NEVER forget.
